- 4 tbs
- soy sauce
- 2 tbs
- water
- 2 tbs
- sugar
- 1 tbs
- rice vinegar
- 1 tbs
- sesame oil

This one is right off bag of Gyoza from Costco but sometimes I like it on rice so I am posting it here so I don’t lose it.
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl until sugar dissolves and then chill. Literally.
