- Celery (1/2 Bunch)
- 5 can
- Tomato Paste

A recipe passed down from a dear friend.
- Chop all ingredients and combine everything together in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil uncovered over medium heat stirring occasionally.
- Boil gently for 60 minutes, stirring until desired consistency.
- Close to the end taste to see if more jalapeños (usually only put 3 in), sugar for desired sweetness, salt or other spices.
- Fill hot sterilized jars to within 1⁄2 inch of top, seal and cover. Place in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
- Makes 5-6 pints.
